Support Groups, Education & Coaching
We offer a wide range of support groups which provide emotional support and real-world advice. When you attend a support group, you’ll talk to, and learn from, other caregivers who are facing issues similar to your own. All of our groups are led by certified peers who have successfully navigated similar life events and who will work with you to help strengthen and nurture your family.

Mr. C, a single father, attended Westchester County’s Annual Father’s Conference and was inspired by what was shared there. Wishing he had had other dads to learn from when his sons were growing up, Mr. C offered to co-lead a support group just for fathers. By sharing the lessons that he has learned, and the skills he has developed, Mr. C is inspiring other dads to be stronger advocates for their children and give back to their community.
